Child Support Lead Worker
About the role
This position acts as lead worker for the Child Support team, providing training and onboarding support to Child Support staff, drafting and reviewing child support actions, preparing legal recommendations, reviewing work of other staff, and managing a specialized caseload of child support, conflict, and paternity cases.

Requirements
Incumbents are expected to establish collaborative relationships, participate in unit and agency goals, policies, and procedures, and provide efficient client services based on available resources.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or a related field preferred. Two years of progressively responsible experience in child support, conflict, or paternity cases, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of child support laws and procedures.
