Role: Child Protection Specialist (Spanish Speaking) Responsibilities: Prepare reports and case documentation, translate and interpret for Spanish-speaking clients, coordinate child placements, attend staff conferences to assess services, transport clients, and support families and children in protective custody. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in social work or related human service fields, with experience in child protection or criminal justice. Must be proficient in spoken and written Spanish. Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities. Ability to coordinate placements, interpret effectively, and work in a team environment. Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, background check, physical and sensory abilities, willingness to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
