Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work or a related human service field, or
- Bachelor's degree with professional casework experience in family preservation, reunification, or advocacy
Skills
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication abilities
- Capacity to work in a 24-hour on-call environment, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Pass a background check
- Physically capable of performing duties
