Child Nutrition: HS Kitchen Worker (Full-time)

Job Description

The primary responsibility of the HS Kitchen Worker is to assist in preparing and serving meals to students at Brandon Valley High School. This includes food preparation, meal service, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves meals according to recipes and guidelines provided by the Child Nutrition Department.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization within the kitchen area.
• Ensures adherence to health and safety standards.
• Assists in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a food service setting preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
