About the role
A dynamic opportunity for an experienced Child Interventionist/RBT in Bakersfield. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized intervention services to children with autism spectrum disorder
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to support child development
- Conduct assessments and gather data to inform interventions
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Valid California Child Development Permit (CDP)
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Experience with data collection and analysis
- Passion for supporting children and their families
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
