Child Interventionist/RBT
About the role
Butterfly Effects' Mission is to make a socially meaningful change in the lives of children and families by hiring passionate, caring people to serve children and families affected by autism. We are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians, both entry-level and experienced, to directly assist children with autism in honing vital skills like communication, social interaction, and self-care. Join us in collaborating with families to execute ABA based behavior intervention plans.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to lifelong changes in a child's life
- Work in natural environments, occasionally requiring lifting or moving up to 50 lbs. and maintaining various postures for extended periods
Requirements
- Must have already completed the 40 RBT Course (3rd Edition) or RBT certified
- Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A genuine love for working with children
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and families
- Prior experience with children is advantageous
- Interest in ongoing development
- Must have reliable transportation

Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: Earn $21.00 - $28.00 hourly, based on your experience, education, and certifications
- Part-time Flexibility: You chose your schedule! Most are 9 to 15 hours per week. Available schedules: 3, 4 or 5 Days; M – F; 3 hour shifts between 3 PM – 7 PM, 3 days; M, T, Th; 3 hour shift between 4 to 7:30 PM, 5 days; M – F; 6 to 7 hour shift between 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Pay
- $21.00 - $28.00 hourly
