Child Interventionist/RBT

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement child intervention strategies based on evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support children’s social-emotional development.
- Conduct assessments and provide feedback to improve intervention plans.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share progress and challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field.
- Experience working with children and families in a therapeutic setting.
- Valid California Child Development Permit (CDP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Strong commitment to child welfare and developmental needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
