Child Interventionist/RBT

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement child intervention strategies based on evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support children’s social-emotional development.
• Conduct assessments and provide feedback to improve intervention plans.
• Participate in regular team meetings to share progress and challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field.
• Experience working with children and families in a therapeutic setting.
• Valid California Child Development Permit (CDP).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to child welfare and developmental needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
