As a Child Focused Therapist at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based therapeutic services that help improve the mental health and well-being of children, adolescents, and their families in an outpatient setting. Drawing on your clinical training and experience, you will deliver individualized and family therapy using developmentally appropriate, client-centered approaches tailored to each client's unique needs. Full Time Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision401k, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability and Life InsuranceTime off and HolidaysReasonable caseload expectations and flexible schedulingComfortable offices and clinic environmentFree attendance for internal CEUs Responsibilities Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.Provide individual and family therapy to minor clients and their parents/guardians.Active participation and responsibility in building, growing, and maintaining caseload to meet agreed upon weekly billable expectations.Collaborate with internal and external providers including medical, psychological, and educational partners to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care for clients.Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community utilizing creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings. Requirements Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.Candidates will have clinical licensure or be on licensure track for:MN: LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LPExperience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes with the ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients. Experience with DC:0-5, ECSII/CASII, SDQ assessments, preferred.Knowledge of developmental principles and awareness of the intersection between normative child development and psychopathology in the diagnosis and treatment of children/familiesProficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems. Compensation: We offer two pay options to meet your professional and financial goals! We have an option with a predictable base pay and another with flexible earning potential. Rate Based Pay Model Licensed: $ 68,000 – 75,000 Pre-licensed: $ 50,000 - 55,000 Commission Based Pay Model Licensed: $ 66,000 – 124,000 Pre-licensed: $ 58,000 - 91,000 Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as education, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location.
