Child Focused Therapist

Job Summary

At Sagent Behavioral Health, we provide comprehensive behavioral health services across multiple states. Our Child Focused Therapist position offers a supportive, inclusive environment with manageable caseloads and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.
• Provide individual and family therapy to minor clients and their parents/guardians.
• Build, grow, and maintain caseload to meet agreed upon weekly billable expectations.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
• Clinical licensure or be on licensure track for: MN: LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP.
• Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Knowledge of developmental principles and awareness of the intersection between normative child development and psychopathology.
• Experience with DC:0-5, ECSII/CASII, SDQ assessments preferred.
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems.

Pay

• We offer two pay options to meet your professional and financial goals!
• Rate Based Pay Model: Licensed - $68,000 – 75,000, Pre-licensed - $50,000 – 55,000.
• Commission Based Pay Model: Licensed - $66,000 – 124,000, Pre-licensed - $58,000 – 91,000.
