About the role
We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated clinician to provide assessment, treatment, and support services to children, youth, and families. In this role, you'll conduct client screenings and assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions in a variety of settings, and connect clients with community resources to support their success. You'll also collaborate closely with families, community partners, and an interdisciplinary team while maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The ideal candidate has knowledge of child, adolescent, and family development, an understanding of evidence-based treatment approaches, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Responsibilities
- Conducts initial client screening intake and assessment
- Assesses and determines client diagnosis/service need and develops treatment/service plans and/or makes appropriate community referral
- Implements treatment/service plan using a variety of therapeutic/educational interventions in a variety of locations and settings
- Performs treatment/service evaluations and follow-up
- Performs routine administrative duties associated with a clinical setting
- Establishes and maintains
