Child Conduct - Safety Worker - Kent City SD

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise students in the cafeteria during lunch services.
• Maintain noise levels and monitor student behavior during lunch services.
• If necessary, refer students to appropriate personnel for disciplinary action.
• Assist students in opening containers/packages they may be unable to open themselves.
• Wipe down tables and assist in cleaning up individual areas.
• Sweep up floor areas and monitor for spills to prevent falls.
• Promote good public relations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in settings such as education, volunteer, or employment.
• Able to work outside during the natural seasons (winter, spring, summer, and fall).
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking/standing.
• May require uniforms and/or personal protective equipment (PPE).

About the Role

This is a part-time position operating hours are during school hours 7am - 3pm M-F.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $14.00 to $14.00. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Schedule

This role operates during school hours 7am - 3pm M-F.
