Responsibilities
- Creating engaging, developmentally appropriate hands-on activities for children
- Maintaining open communication with parents about daily milestones and progress
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment by following proper procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
- College coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or related degree preferred
- Experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is a plus
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) required
- Must pass background checks as required by state and company standards
