Responsibilities
- Creating hands-on activities tailored to children's needs and interests
- Maintaining open communication with parents regarding children's milestones
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment by following established procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
- College coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or related degree preferred
- Experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is desirable
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- Ability to pass background checks required
