Responsibilities
- Designing hands-on activities tailored to children's needs and interests
- Communicating regularly with parents about their child's progress and milestones
- Ensuring classroom safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies and procedures
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- Preferred: college coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or related degree
- Experience in child care, daycare, or preschool is advantageous
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- Must pass background checks
