Responsibilities
- Creating engaging, hands-on activities tailored to children's needs and interests
- Maintaining open communication with parents regarding their child's milestones and progress
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment by following established procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED; college coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or related degree preferred
- Experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings preferred
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- Ability to pass required background checks
