Responsibilities
- Create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities for children
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding children's milestones and progress
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized classroom environment following established procedures
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- Preferred coursework or degree in early childhood education or related field
- Experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is advantageous
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) for children
- Ability to pass background checks required by state and company
