Qualifications and Skills

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• College coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or related degree preferred
• Prior experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is advantageous
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) is required
• Must pass necessary background checks
