About the role
Join our team as a Child Care Teacher to make a positive impact on children's lives through engaging activities and nurturing care.
Responsibilities
- Create hands-on, developmentally appropriate activities tailored to children's needs and interests.
- Maintain open communication with parents to share children's milestones and progress.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment by following established procedures and guidelines.
- Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development in a nurturing setting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
- Preferred college coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or related degree.
- Experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is advantageous.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- Ability to pass background checks mandated by state and company policies.
Pay & Schedule
- Full-time positions available for toddlers and preschoolers.
- Flexible hours between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
