Qualifications & Skills Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.Preferred college coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or related degree.Experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is advantageous.Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).Ability to pass background checks mandated by state and company policies.
