Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated Child Care Teachers to foster a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for children.

Responsibilities

  • Create hands-on activities tailored to children's interests and developmental needs.
  • Maintain open communication with parents about daily milestones and progress.
  • Ensure classroom safety, cleanliness, and adherence to procedures and guidelines.
  • Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through nurturing and educational practices.
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Preferred: college coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or related degree.
  • Experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
  • Ability to pass background checks and adhere to safety standards.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
