Responsibilities
- Creating engaging, developmentally appropriate activities for children
- Maintaining open communication with parents about children's progress and milestones
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment following established procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- Preferred candidates will have college coursework in early childhood education, a CDA, or related degree
- Experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is advantageous
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) is required
- Must pass state and company background checks
