Child Care Teacher - Hiring Event

Role: Child Care Teacher Responsibilities: Develop hands-on activities tailored to children's needs and interests, maintain open communication with parents about daily milestones, and ensure a safe, clean classroom by following established procedures and guidelines. Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED. College coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or related degree is preferred. Prior experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is desirable. Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) is required. Candidates must pass background checks. Skills: Ability to create engaging activities, communicate effectively with families, follow safety protocols, and demonstrate understanding of child development principles.
