Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
- Preferred coursework or degree in early childhood education or related field.
- Experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is a plus.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- Ability to pass background checks as required by state and company policies.
