Child Care Teacher - Hiring Event

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Child Care Teacher to create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities for children in a safe and nurturing environment. The role involves maintaining open communication with parents about their child's progress, ensuring classroom safety and cleanliness by following established procedures, and supporting children's growth through hands-on learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities for toddlers and preschoolers
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding milestones and daily updates
• Adhere to safety, health, and cleanliness standards
• Support children's emotional and social development

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Preferred coursework or degree in early childhood education or related field
• Prior experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is advantageous
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
• Ability to pass background checks required by state and company policies
