About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of digital applications and services. The ideal candidate will manage products throughout the full lifecycle, working closely with business, UX, engineering, and other stakeholders to deliver user-focused digital solutions. This role supports the Child Care for All program initiative with technology.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product strategy, planning, development, launch, and continuous improvement of digital products.
  • Conduct user research, analyze data, and leverage industry best practices to identify user needs and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with strategic goals and business outcomes.
  • Manage product priorities and determine which features and enhancements deliver the greatest user and business value.
  • Define and monitor KPIs and outcomes to support data-driven product decisions.
  • Translate user needs and business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and system requirements.
  • Collaborate with UX, engineering, program teams, and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and successful delivery.
  • Manage the product lifecycle across planning, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders, program owners, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Facilitate collaboration among diverse teams and ensure alignment toward common product goals.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data, including analytics, to prioritize enhancements and new features.
  • Identify risks, solve complex problems, and proactively address issues throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of proven experience in Product Management supporting digital products and features.
  • Hands-on experience managing products through the complete SDLC.
  • Strong experience developing product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on user and business value.
  • Experience using data and analytics to drive product decisions and prioritization.
  • Strong understanding of Agile software development and product delivery practices.
  • Experience working across multiple platforms, technology ecosystems, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and build strategic relationships.
  • Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
