About the role

Little Sprouts – Babilou Family is seeking a Child Care Leadership to join our team in Lawrence, MA, Winchester, MA, Boston, MA, and Marlborough, MA. As a leader at Little Sprouts, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the childcare centers, ensuring high-quality care for children, and supporting staff in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of childcare centers, including scheduling, staffing, and facility maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with families to provide support and guidance on child development and parenting.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
• Manage budgeting and financial reporting for the childcare centers.
• Engage in community outreach and partnerships to promote the mission and values of Little Sprouts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in early childhood education or related field.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse populations and cultures.
• Knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
