About the role

Little Sprouts in Natick is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Daycare Teachers to join our team. We are a growing daycare center looking for dedicated individuals who can provide a nurturing environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum activities
• Provide a safe and healthy learning environment for children
• Communicate effectively with parents and other staff members
• Assist with daily routines such as meal times and naps
• Adapt to the needs of individual children and families

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience working with children
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with children and adults
• Experience with child safety and health practices
• Pass a background check

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles
