About the role

CDA Child Development Associates, Inc. is a community-based, multiservice non-profit agency committed to promoting children's healthy development and future success through supportive services.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct eligibility interviews and enroll families in the Alternative Payment Program.
  • Process eligibility status changes and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with families and provide necessary resources and referrals.
  • Track and monitor eligibility and status on families receiving childcare services, submitting reports as needed.
  • Calculate family fees and follow up on all changes as required.
  • Maintain organized family files to create an accurate paper trail showing eligibility for childcare services.
  • Initiate prompt and professional responses to clients, co-workers, and others, prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.
  • Participate in various learning opportunities including workshops, conferences, staff meetings, and trainings.

Requirements

  • Must have strong clerical, administrative, and computer skills.
  • Valid auto registration and insurance.

Qualifications

  • Education and/or experience demonstrating knowledge, skills, and abilities as outlined.
  • Associate degree in administration, human services, business, social work, or related field preferred.
  • One to two years’ experience, education, or training in a similar role.
  • Bilingual/Spanish proficiency preferred.

Pay

$30.01 per hour, equivalent to $62,420.80 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday—Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. May require evening and weekend hours based on program needs. Hybrid office/remote options available after training completion.
