Responsibilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children and adults.
• Strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Pass a criminal background check.
• Valid state certification or ability to obtain within one year.
• Experience with technology and classroom management tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Skills

• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of child development and educational practices.
