About the role

The Ardent Counseling Center is seeking Licensed Therapists and Counselors to join our growing team of Outpatient Mental Health Therapists and Counselors.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality and innovative mental health services to those in their care.
• Manage clients using state-of-the-art technology platform with digital care tools (HIPAA Scheduling, Videocall platform, SOAP notes, Patient Progress Tracking, Communication & Filesharing Tool).
• Work with a flexible schedule based on personal and professional schedules.

Requirements

• Graduate level degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Licensed Clinical Psychology (PhD), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Excellent Pay: Average Commission payment is 35% higher than the industry average in Illinois, with potential to earn up to $100,000 per year.
• NPI support, licensure renewal tracking, and expansion support provided.
• Flexible Service Delivery: Decide when and how many clients you see through our platform based on your personal and professional schedules.
• In-House Marketing Support: Dedicated in-house marketing team to help support your needs as you establish your practice.
