Child and Adolescent Therapist

About the role

This is a fully remote Mental Health Therapist position offering flexible hours and independent contracting. The role involves providing telehealth therapy to children, teens, young adults, and families, focusing on conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Therapists will conduct intakes, ongoing therapy sessions, and treatment planning, collaborating with a Clinical Director for complex cases. The position emphasizes client customization, caseload management, and minimal administrative tasks via AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth therapy with flexible session lengths (30, 45, 60 minutes)
• Manage caseload and set your own schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Conduct intakes, ongoing therapy sessions, and treatment planning
• Collaborate with a Clinical Director for complex cases
• Utilize AI tools for documentation and note-taking

Requirements

• Active independent license in Texas (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist)
• Over 2 years of experience treating children, teens, and families
• Strong background in CBT and evidence-based telehealth treatments
• Experience with ADHD, anxiety, and depression
