Founded in 2015 by therapists Erin Pash, LMFT and Kyle Keller, LICSW, Ellie began in Minnesota with one simple mission: to fill the gaps in mental health care. Today, Ellie is growing across the country through locally owned practices that share the same passion for authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or family therapy using evidence-based and creative interventions
- Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and community partners
- Maintain approximately 25 client hours per week for full-time status
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case consultations
- Contribute to the supportive, fun, and inclusive culture that makes Ellie special
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (LMHC-D, LMFT-D, and LCSW)
- Active clinical license and Diagnostic Privilege required
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfort working with diverse populations
- Familiarity with EHR systems (Valant experience a plus!)
- A genuine passion for helping people heal and thrive

Company Structure
Ellie is a socially responsible for-profit business, which allows us to be flexible and responsive to our community’s needs. Many mental health and wellness-focused companies are non-profits or government agencies, which rely on the general public, grants, or large donors for funding. This model often results in little creativity and lower compensation for employees, promoting a work culture that just makes people feel “blah.”
