About the role
Conduct culturally sensitive assessments, provide individualized outpatient therapy for children and families, develop crisis and safety plans, participate in case consultations and discharge planning, complete documentation and billing accurately, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Experience working with children and families
- Provisional license if required
- Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and ongoing professional development
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport
