About the Role

As a Child & Adolescent Therapist, you will deliver culturally sensitive mental health care to children, adolescents, and their families in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments and provide individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis and safety plans for clients.
• Participate in case consultations and discharge planning.
• Ensure accurate documentation and billing.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic mental health care.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Provisional license if required by state regulations.
