Hospitalist Position
New 7on/7off Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Hospitalist position with Shodair Children’s Hospital in Helena, Montana.
About the Role
Join Shodair Children’s Hospital's inpatient Psychiatric Hospitalist team rounding on patients in their new state-of-the-art 34 bed Acute Hospital. The hospital recently received Sanctuary certification and offers both acute and residential care to child and adolescent patients in the State of Montana.
Responsibilities
- Rounding on patients in the new 34-bed Acute Hospital
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, social workers, and therapists
- Providing psychiatric care to children and adolescents
- Assisting with patient discharge planning
Requirements
- Board Certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
- Current Medical License in the State of Montana
- Experience in inpatient psychiatry preferred
Qualifications

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for working with children and adolescents
