About the role
LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our clinical team in the Zionsville, IN area. Must support patients ages 5 and older.

Requirements
- Licensed in IN as an APRN
- PMHNP Board Certification by the ANCC
- Active IN DEA
- 1+ year of PMHNP experience post training
