Child & Adolescent Therapist (LCSW) - PA License Preferred | $2K Sign On Bonus
Compensation: Starting at $85,000/year | Fully remote (U.S. only) | $2,000 sign-on bonus for Pennsylvania-licensed LCSWs
About the Role
Iris Telehealth is seeking compassionate LCSWs to provide therapy services for children and adolescents in a 100% remote, outpatient setting for one of our Pennsylvania partners. This full-time position allows you to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatry and psychology experts, with robust administrative support to focus on patient care.
- Flexible schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday (some evening hours required)
- Patient population: Children and adolescents (ages 3–19)
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy for children and adolescents with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and disruptive behavior disorders
- Diagnose ADHD across developmental stages using standardized assessment tools and collateral gathering
- Implement behavioral treatments for ADHD, including parent management training, organizational skills training, and time-management interventions
- Coach caregivers and coordinate care with schools and prescribing providers
- Complete suicide risk assessments and safety plans
Requirements
- Active LCSW license (Pennsylvania preferred, but not required)
- 2+ years of experience as an independently licensed clinical social worker (LCSW)
- 2+ years of experience working with children and adolescents post-independent licensure
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours
- Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 3+
- Successful completion of the ASWB examination for independent clinical licensure
- Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) principles
- Experience integrating mindfulness, distress tolerance, and values-based activation into treatment
- Experience working in an integrated care setting
