Child and Adolescent Therapist PA License - LCSW, LPC, LMFT
Position Summary
Blackbird Health is seeking a Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and will be empowered to make a tangible difference in the lives of young patients and their families. We welcome applicants who are independently licensed in any state and will sponsor licensure in one or more of our operating states to facilitate immediate employment.

Employment Option
- W-2 Employee – 30 Hours per Week
- Total commitment: 30 hours per week, including 25 direct care hours and 5 administrative hours
- Core Hours Requirement: A minimum of 17 direct care hours must be scheduled during Blackbird's core hours: Weekdays after 3:00 PM ETEveningsWeekends
Work Model
This role is a remote position with a flexible schedule.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $67,500 – $100,000+ annually
- Guaranteed income with predictable scheduling
- 25 direct care hours and 5 administrative hours per week
- 17 core clinical hours per week (after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends)
- Full benefits eligibility including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, generous paid time off plus 11 company holidays, professional liability insurance, licensure sponsorship in one or more Blackbird operating states, and ongoing clinical support and professional development
Additional Earnings Opportunities
Clinicians may have the opportunity to take on additional patient sessions beyond their committed schedule based on patient demand and availability. Additional hours are not guaranteed but provide the opportunity to increase annual earnings up to $100,000+.
