Position Summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team remotely in New Jersey. This role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and empowering you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young patients and their families.

Employment Options

Available part-time positions for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LPC, and LMFT). W-2 Employee - Part-Time (20 hours/week)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Total Earning Potential: Up to $70,000+ annually
  • Guaranteed income with predictable scheduling
  • Base Salary: $45,000 for a part-time schedule (20 hours/week)
  • Additional Earnings: Earn $70 per clinical session for additional clients beyond your base caseload
  • Benefits: Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K with employer match, paid time off, and professional liability insurance

What Makes You, You?

  • Experienced clinician with a passion for working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families using evidence-based practices
  • Skilled in facilitating both in-person and virtual telehealth sessions with strong technical proficiency (Google Suite, EMR systems, virtual platforms)
  • Excited to make an impact and driven by patient outcomes
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong clinical judgment and excellent communication and documentation abilities

The Basics You'll Need

  • Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in New Jersey
  • One (1) year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children and adolescent patients
  • One (1) year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
  • Your own phone, computer, and high-speed internet (if applicable as a 1099 contractor)
  • Flexibility to work during Blackbird's core after-school hours: after 4pm ET during the week and/or weekends
