Child & Adolescent Licensed Therapist / Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) SIGN-ON Bonus $1,500

About the Role

Entune Behavioral Health is seeking a dynamic Independently Licensed Therapist to join our team in Tucson, AZ. We offer individual, couples, and family therapy, along with other behavioral health services throughout Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing assessments of clients assigned to your panel
• Provide individual, group, couples, and family counseling
• Maintain client-related paperwork, including diagnoses, assessments, progress notes, and other required forms
• Evaluate physical and/or mental conditions through staffing with the integrated treatment team and observation of clients
• Refer clients to community resources and internal services as necessary
• Engage in population health initiatives
• Maintain confidentiality of records in alignment with HIPAA requirements
• Assess for risk of harm to self and others, providing evidence-based measures to enhance client outcomes
• Conduct reviews and sign off on assessments, service plans, and other BHP requirements for associate-level staff

Qualifications

• Independently Licensed clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) – required
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Active License in the state of Arizona – required
• Current DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card – required

Preferred Qualifications

• Evening and weekend availability
• Specialization in Child & Adolescent Therapy
• Specialization in Play Therapy techniques
• Current CPR, AED, First Aid certifications
• Bilingual
• Knowledge of Microsoft Software, especially 365 platform
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery models
