About the role

Entune Behavioral Health is an outpatient Behavioral Health Provider that offers individual, couples, and family therapy as well as other Behavioral Health services throughout Arizona. We are currently hiring dynamic Licensed Therapists to meet the high demand of our behavioral health services at our Tucson, AZ location.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing assessments of clients assigned to your panel
• Provide individual, group, couples, and family counseling
• Maintain client-related paperwork (diagnosis bill, assessments, progress notes, and other required forms)
• Evaluate physical and/or mental conditions based on review of information through staffing with the integrated treatment team and observation of the client
• Refer members to community resources and internal services as necessary and engage in population health
• Maintain confidentiality of records aligning with HIPAA requirements
• Assess for risk of harm to self and others and provide evidence-based driven measures to enhance client outcomes and align with Entune Behavioral Health's values
• Conduct reviews and sign off on assessments, service plans, and other Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) requirements of associate-level staff
• Additional responsibilities as appropriate

Requirements

• Licensed clinician (required) (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, LMSW)
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Active License in the state of Arizona (required)
• Current DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (required)
• Evening and weekend availability (preferred)
• Specializing in Child & Adolescent Therapy
• Specializing in Play Therapy techniques
• Current CPR, AED, First Aid certifications (preferred)
• Bilingual (preferred)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Software, especially 365 platform
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery models
