Child & Adolescent Licensed Therapist / Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, LMSW) SIGN-ON Bonus $1,500

About the Role

Entune Behavioral Health is an outpatient Behavioral Health Provider offering individual, couples, family therapy, and other behavioral health services throughout Arizona. We are hiring dynamic Licensed Therapists to meet high demand at our Tucson, AZ location. This role includes a $1,500 sign-on bonus and the opportunity to earn up to a $2,000 referral bonus by bringing a friend.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing assessments of clients assigned to your panel.
• Provide individual, group, couples, and family counseling.
• Maintain client-related paperwork, including diagnosis bills, assessments, progress notes, and other required forms.
• Evaluate physical and/or mental conditions through integrated treatment team staffing and client observation.
• Refer clients to community resources and internal services as necessary.
• Engage in population health initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of records in alignment with HIPAA requirements.
• Assess for risk of harm to self and others and implement evidence-based measures to enhance client outcomes.
• Conduct reviews and sign off on assessments, service plans, and other behavioral health provider (BHP) requirements for associate-level staff.

Requirements

• Active independent license in Arizona (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, LMSW).
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Current DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (required).
• Evening and weekend availability (preferred).
• Specialization in Child & Adolescent Therapy or Play Therapy techniques (preferred).
• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (preferred).
• Bilingual (preferred).
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform and electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery models.
