Chief, Wound Center
Overview
Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as the Chief of Wound Care. This role involves providing strategic, clinical, and administrative oversight for the Wound Care Center, ensuring the delivery of state-of-the-art patient care and driving program growth and innovation.
Opportunity Information
- Lead the clinical direction of the Wound Care Center, developing and implementing advanced, evidence-based treatment protocols to ensure the highest standards of patient care and outcomes.
- Drive the strategic growth and development of the program, including the expansion of services and integration of new technologies like hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT).
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development for a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and technicians, fostering a collaborative and scholarly environment.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives, monitor clinical outcomes, and ensure full compliance with all regulatory, DNV, and Joint Commission accreditation standards.
- Eligibility for faculty appointment to the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine.

Responsibilities

Requirements
- M.D./D.O. degree from a recognized Medical or Osteopathic School
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Fellowship Trained
- Obtain or have the ability to obtain a New Jersey Medical License, DEA and CDS
- Must possess the specialized training and certification required to medically direct and supervise hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT).
Compensation
HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. The minimum base salary for this position is $237,959. The posted rate of pay in this job posting is a reasonable good-faith estimate of the minimum base pay for this role at the time of posting in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act and does not reflect the full value of our market-competitive total rewards package.
