Chief Techology Officer, MD
Core Mission
The CTO is responsible for building and scaling a technology organization that delivers a platform that:
- Operates securely, reliably, and 24×7 at consumer scale
- Is designed from day one for scalability, resilience, security, observability, and regulatory compliance
- Provides the AI and data infrastructure that powers an AI-native wealth platform
- Translates product, design, and AI requirements into a production-grade implementation
- Arrts and retains elite technical talent — engineers, architects, security professionals, SRE, and data engineers
- Evolves the architecture, organization, and operating model as the company scales
- Establishes the engineering culture, standards, and operating cadence required for long-term execution
Required Experience
- Direct experience with scaling platforms supporting millions of users
- Strong computer science foundation, with deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture, networking, security, data platforms, and AI/ML infrastructure
- Experience managing both infrastructure and application engineering organizations

Pay
- Salary Range: $170,000 - $282,500 Annual
