About the Role
Challenges the status quo by improving radiology and enhancing diagnosis and treatment. Full-time position with day shifts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Patient Imaging
- Screens patients for precautions or contradictions
- Prepares patients for MRI procedures
- Performs routine and advanced MRI procedures
- Adjusts MRI scan parameters
- Maintains positive relationships with radiologists
- Team Management
- Coordinates training and onboarding of new associates
- Aids in the hiring process
- Manages team meetings and one-on-ones
- Maintains ACR toolkit and accreditation requirements
- Monitors and approves timecards
- Initiates and participates in performance reviews
- Manages associate schedules
- Evaluates workflow and implements process improvements
- Ensures team knowledge of company and department policies
Requirements
- ARRT Registered Technologist, current and in good standing
- 5+ years imaging experience
- Degree from AMA-approved school of radiography
- Licensed Radiological Technologist in the appropriate state
- CPR certification
- Advanced MRI procedures certification
- Bilingual skills preferred
- Experience in multiple modalities or certifications
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
Qualifications
Graduate of the American Medical Association (AMA) approved school of radiography, licensed Radiological Technologist in the appropriate state, CPR certified, and holds certification in imaging specialty.
Skills
Knowledge of MRI procedures, ability to maintain high-quality patient care, strong leadership and management skills, proficiency in team collaboration and communication.
