Job Duties
- Ensures high-availability of systems and infrastructure.
- Builds an engaged workforce through leadership, talent development and collaborative employee relationships.
- Establish the organization’s technical vision and leads all aspects of technological development.
- Acts as a good steward of the company's resources and ensures control of departmental budgets.
- Provides leadership in the development and implementation of enterprise IT services.
- Oversees the physical & technological infrastructure and develops organizational structures, programs, and processes.
- Other related duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
- Computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of information.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role and keyboard.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of advanced design and implementation and experience for enterprise computing.
- Excellent interpersonal communications and management.
- Excellent leadership and self-direction.
- Excellent judgment in handling difficult situations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work extended hours.
Education and Experience
- Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Preferred: Master's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration or related field.
- Work Experience Required: 10 years experience in successfully managing complex hospital and patient care delivery.
