About the role
The CTO will lead the Product and Engineering organizations, drive the long-term technology vision, platform strategy, and product roadmap. This role will oversee software development, infrastructure, product management, technical partnerships, and enterprise SaaS platform scalability within a highly regulated healthcare environment.
Responsibilities

Play a critical role in shaping company strategy, building high-performing teams, and delivering innovative technology solutions that support continued business growth.
Work directly with executive leadership, customers, investors, and the Board of Directors while leading the development of transformative products that have a meaningful impact on healthcare organizations and patient outcomes.
Build and scale engineering and product teams within high-growth technology companies.
Develop and execute long-term technology and product strategies.
Communicate effectively with executive leadership, customers, investors, and the Board of Directors.
Manage external technology partnerships and vendor relationships.
Drive organizational change and scaling processes in rapidly growing businesses.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years of executive leadership experience overseeing both Product and Engineering organizations.
Extensive experience within healthcare enterprise software environments.
Proven track record scaling engineering and product teams within high-growth technology companies.
Experience managing organizations of 50+ team members.
Strong background in SaaS platform architecture, infrastructure, and enterprise software development.
Experience developing and executing long-term technology and product strategies.
Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
Experience working directly with Boards of Directors, investors, and executive leadership teams.
Demonstrated success attracting, developing, and retaining high-performing technical teams.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in a technical or business-related discipline.
Experience within private equity or venture-backed software companies.
Background in interoperability, healthcare integrations, and clinical data acquisition.
Experience leading cloud-native and data-centric platform transformations.
Strong understanding of healthcare technology market trends and competitive landscapes.
Experience managing external technology partnerships and vendor relationships.
Proven success launching innovative healthcare products and platforms.
