Chief Technology Officer

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engineering delivery across company's digital platforms
• Hold the engineering team accountable to commitments and timelines
• Translate product roadmap into achievable engineering plans in collaboration with product leaders
• Govern technical architecture for cloud platforms, edge devices, and AI systems
• Ensure platforms are secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-effective
• Drive production reliability, incident response, and cost discipline across the platform footprint
• Build and lead a healthy, high-performing engineering team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 12+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience
• 7+ years leading engineering organizations of 30+ people
• Proven track record of delivering complex software and platform initiatives
• Deep hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP), modern software architecture, and AI/ML systems
• Strong understanding of DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices
• Experience hiring and developing senior engineering talent

$150,000 – $200,000 annually
