Responsibilities

• Shape and drive the company’s technical vision and strategy
• Oversee architecture, engineering, and technology operations
• Communicate technology roadmaps and initiatives to the board and executive team
• Scale systems, processes, and teams to support business growth
• Provide executive leadership across technology and cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chief Technology Officer or equivalent executive technology leadership role
• Strong background in technical vision, strategy, and architecture
• Experience scaling technology teams and infrastructure
• Excellent executive communication and leadership skills
• High accountability and ability to navigate executive-level politics

Pay

$200,000 - $400,000 salary
