Chief Strategy & Corporate Development Officer (Remote)

About the role

This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the company’s long-term strategic plan
• Collaborate with executive leadership to set enterprise priorities and growth goals
• Facilitate strategic planning and capital allocation processes
• Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics impacting the business
• Develop corporate development strategy and evaluate growth opportunities
• Present investment recommendations to executives and Board members
• Expand the company’s influence through strategic partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in strategy, corporate development, banking, consulting, healthcare technology, or related fields
• Experience leading enterprise strategy initiatives and growth programs
• Track record in mergers, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and investments
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Ability to influence executive leaders and Boards with effective communication
• Experience in healthcare technology, services, revenue cycle, or interoperability
• MBA or advanced business degree required

Pay

$210,000 – $250,000 annually
