You will be responsible for the clinical direction and standards of the program, including establishing assessment frameworks, supervising clinicians, co-signing reports, and ensuring diagnostic quality — while delivering selective, high-complexity assessments. This role is designed to evolve from hands-on clinical work to a team-based supervision model, leveraging psychologists, associates, and psychometrists to deliver care at scale. You will have full autonomy to build the team, develop clinical policies, processes and frameworks, and care delivery — within a virtual-first structure that protects clinical independence and professional standards. What You Will Do Build and scale Toriven's assessment program across ASD, ADHD, psychoeducational, learning disability, and neuropsychological pathways.Establish clinical standards, supervision structures, and quality assurance frameworks aligned with CPBAO and evidence-informed practice.Build and lead the psychology workforce — recruiting, supervising, and developing psychologists, psychological associates, and psychometrists across the function.Review, consult, and co-sign assessment reports prepared under supervision.Hold accountability for diagnostic consistency, report quality, and clinical standards across the psychology function.Conduct complex and diagnostically challenging assessments, including differential diagnosis and integrated formulation independently.Provide clinical leadership on high-risk and escalated cases.Partner with intake and multidisciplinary teams on triage, care pathways, and service line development.Represent Toriven™ as the clinical lead for assessment services in professional and community settings.Engage with referring physicians, school boards, OHTs, and community partners to build awareness and clinical relationships. What You Bring Demonstrated expertise in ASD, ADHD, psychoeducational, and learning disability assessments in children and adolescents.Strong clinical judgment in complex and comorbid presentations.Experience supervising clinicians and co-signing assessment reports.Ability to build and lead clinical teams in a structured, quality-driven environment.Demonstrable experience managing teams or clinicians in a co-signing and multi-location or hybrid environment.Experience with or exposure to neuropsychological (full battery) assessments is an asset and strongly preferred (not required), particularly in complex cases.Experience in virtual or hybrid care models is an asset. Qualifications PhD in Clinical, School, or Neuropsychology (Children & Adolescents).Registered with CPBAO — autonomous practice, in good standing.Membership with Ontario Psychological Association (not required but highly valued).Clean Vulnerable Sector Screening (Ontario).
